A dangling digital art installation at Hong Kong’s airport has resumed operation after technicians added extra support cables and disabled its motion system. The Airport Authority said on Sunday that inspections confirmed the five electronic displays suspended in Terminal 2 met safety standards and were cleared to restart showing content. Additional cables had been installed to secure the screens
